Water cooled ic OR water cooled intake Manifold ??

So I already have a fully ported sneedspeed Manifold on the car BUT I bet this has more volume AND more flow AND would keep the cylinder head cooler.. what do you think would benefit MY build better?????

Also what about these ?? Wouldn't spacing out the Manifold with a thick spacer , wouldn't it cause intercooler fitment issues ?????
but I'd LOVE to run one of these too...i wanna run at ambient temps...lol seriously..

I'm using an rmw intake gasket and everything fits. Iirc the whole point was to decouple the head and intake thereby lowering temps. How much? I dunno. But every little bit has to help... Hope this helps.

None of rmw manifolds can be used with wrap around horns
