My rear sunroof, the fixed one, was shattered in a hailstorm last Friday. I understand that the standard way to repair is drop the headliner and replace the entire assembly.

I did find a guy who is selling a used rear glass that panel who says I can remove the glass and adhesive on mine and replace with his glass with the frame in place. Looking at my car it looks like he is correct and I should be able to use windshield adhesive and do the swap. I don’t see any rear seals or other parts needed.

Am I missing something?
