Koni FSD lifespan

Anybody know about how long KONI FSD's should last? I have a set with 70k miles on them with probably 12-20 track days and I'm wondering if they might be shot. I don't notice any wallowing and they pass the bounce test, but I've got a noise in the rear that I can't identify, and I've ruled out just about everything else

Good chance the top rear mounts are shot. Replace with Powerflex; that should help especially if the existing mounts are Lemforder. If you scroll through my posts you will see a thread on this issue with the noise from the rear shocks.

yeah, already replaced the oem ones with powerflex a year or so ago. I also replace the sway bar links. I’ve replace the lower control arms with adjustable ones, and the upper arm bushings look fine. I’ve thought about replacing the trailing arm bushings, but they look fine.

Is the noise readily reproduced? What conditions produce the noise?

I wouldn’t be surprised if the shocks were done. Anything over 50k miles is usually bonus time for shocks.

I've got 75k on my Koni FSD and 11yrs street driven. Upon my alignment the mechanic said I should replace the lower control arms and ball joints cause I was getting a low speed squeak. I thought it also could be the Koni's are going out but the car suspension seem okay. So when do Koni's give up the ghost?
