Clutch Issues

Looking for some insight on my clutch. 06 R53. Clutch has been fine with no hints of any issues. Today while driving, everything seemed fine until the clutch pedal had less resistance than normal. Now the engagement point is very high. No strange noises and still shifts fine with no issues, but definitely not right. I am wondering if it's the slave cylinder or the clutch assy. Anyone have anything similar or any thoughts on the matter. TIA

Would suggest to me slave or master cylinder. Usually the slave cylinder gives before master. Replacement is easy enough and cheap, lots of guides and videos online, just start spraying some releasing fluid on it now as some people seem to have issues with one of the bolt holes on the gearbox breaking off.
