03 MCS Radiator fan not working

Hi all I know there are other forms about this but I ahve tried almost everything on those and have not gotten it fixed. The fan is not working at all it's a brand new fan replaced it due to me thinking the other one is messed up. It is not getting any power to the main engine bay fuse box, checking every fuse and relay in that box as well as the relays and fuses in the interior driver's side box. Any ideas?

Edit: So I just wanted to test and see if my power steering fan works as well and it does not, was reading up on other forms saying that the power steering fan and rad fan are wired together is this true any ideas?

I used these (with alligator clips) to apply 12v directly to both the radiator fan and steering pump fan. This should tell you if the fans themselves are working. For the radiator fan, it could be the resistor for low-speed. In my case, the fan worked on high-speed but not low so I knew it was the resistor. I found a post on NAM that indicates the pins in the fan connector for testing low-speed and high-speed.

Hi there thank you for your input I did solve it, so after looking at my power steering fan it was coated with oil and grit so I figured I might as well replace it, after I did the fans worked fine. So the fans are wired together for some insane reason. Damn engineers.
