Help identifying this harness?

My rear speakers work fine, but my front ones don't put out any sound at all (except the passenger side tweeter). I'm assuming the previous owner messed something up when they were installing an Alpine deck. When I was trying to investigate what was causing no power to the front speakers I found this harness in the right cubby of the boot. Anybody know what it's supposed to go to?
2005 Mini Cooper S, HK audio system but aftermarket deck

Looks like the original HK amp harness. It was located in the back right cubby of the hatch. Very easy to mess up a change to the factory HK system. That amp won’t work with the original HK speakers so unless they changed them, that’s an issue right there. The HK system, wiring, and speakers are far from normal so there’s a lot more to it than just swapping out components like a regular system.

Did all 4(6)speakers ever work when you owned the car, and do you know what speakers are installed?

That's what I was afraid of 😭
I'm not sure if they swapped out all of the speakers or just the rear. There's what look like after marker cables labeled for front and rear both connected, but I'll have to do some digging to find out if they ever replaced the speakers.
The front speakers never worked since I've owned the car with the exception of the front passenger tweeter. Im wondering how the tweeter would still be working without the HK amp unless they replaced that as well...
I'll try to take it apart and see what's going on with the speakers this week at some point and post an update.

When you get it apart, take pics of the amp, speakers, and wiring.

That amp can actually be wired a couple of ways to get sound out of the HK speakers, but all not correct or good for the life of the amp and/or speakers. I have a feeling that’s what’s going on here.

Well I found out why the speakers weren't working... At least this one. Haven't taken the others apart yet but I'm suspecting it's the same for those.

Actually, just took off the passenger door frame. That speaker is still wired fine but not working. But the speakers are Alpine so the HK system is totally gone. I don't have the tools to take my stereo out but once I stop by my storage unit this weekend I'll be taking a look at that next to see if there's some wonky wiring in there that might be contributing to the problem

Yep someone swapped over to an alpine speaker and amp system. They might have used a H/K enabler to piggyback the H/K amp
