Is this wire what I'm hoping it is ??????

I was going to install my ic sprayers and came up with a better idea .. I want to use the rear window / headlights washer bottle and pump to feed it then.. and I have a wireless button thing I can wire in to trigger it on wirelessly from that button. So I'd like to intersect the wires from the pump so I can trigger it with that button instead of using the stalk.
Am I correct in mY assumption that the windshield has it own reservoir and pump and that on the passengers side and the headlights and rear window run off the reservoir and pump on the driver's side??
also , these wires exposed in the pic , do you know if those run to the windshield washer pump then ? It comes from down behind the fender and runs through the firewall then If so PERRRRRRRFECT then I don't gotta remove the fender n stuff.

On my '02 R53 the front & rear washers use a single tank in the right-side fender. They operate manually from the wiper stalk. A valve decides which way to send the water.
I don't have headlight washers, but I believe the tank is behind the left-side headlight. There is no manual operation of these. They operate automatically - I think it's every 3rd time you operate the front/rear washer - so they are controlled by the BCM(?).
If I'm correct, to use that tank for the ic sprayer I'd pull the plug on it & run separate wiring to your pushbutton. That way you could easily revert to standard.
Can you find room for a separate ic sprayer tank?

no , there's no washer reservoir behind any headlights. They're located behind the 1/4 panels and only place I've ever.. and I've followed the path of the sprayerlines and the headlights DEFINITELY run to drivers side and the windshield sprayers are fed from the passengers side.. I guess ille be safe just to go ahead and remote drivers side reservoir then because I could care less about my rear hatch window and headlight sprayers..
and no offense I'm not worried about returning anything back to stock on my car , my car is so far down the aftermarket highway I bet there's less mini parts than there's aftermarket now..lol

My mistake! I thought the headlight washer tank was further forward.
Your rear washer won't be affected by your changes. You just need to find a way to trigger the headlight/intercooler jets independently of the BCM.

I have the 1/4 panel off the passenger side now and removed the passenger side tank. I'll try to remember to take a couple pics and post. I believe the rear may take water from from the passenger side. At least one of the tubes goes to a place where I cannot see it ending, so guessing it heads to the back.

I've already done a rear wiper delete, so looking to lose a bit more weight. Also deleting the small doohickeys on each headlight and associated tubing. Will take a look...

Made a short video showing the connections behind the quarter panel. It is uploading now, so if it does not work, try again in a little while.
