Seatbelts don't retract after new headliner

So I got a new headliner put in and got a couple problems. The seat belts wont automatically retract, you have to push them up. Worse on the passenger side. The lock/unlock on the keys do not work either. I did try reprogramming them and it worked one time. Any ideas why and what to do?

I would check the plug/connection for the remote receiver and try reprogramming the key again. Is this the method you used?

Not sure on the belt problem. Maybe check the B-pillar trim installation to make sure nothing is binding on the belts.

No idea on the key problem, but like RB-MINI said, check the trim on the B-pillar if you haven't done so already. I redid my headliner a few months ago and had the same issue because I didn't properly align a couple plastic pieces when reinstalling the B-pillar trim piece. I actually ended up breaking one on accident on the passenger side so I need to replace it at some point (probably going to change all the trim to black instead of gray anyways). Basically just be careful, not a huge deal but now it's more money I have to spend when I get around to fixing it.
