If your car isn't coded for DRL, then the dealer can do this for you, for a price. Or find someone that can get into the coding of the cars computer to do it.
You might want to check your fuses and relays...someone may have removed them for some reason

yes...should be coded already, unless your high beam bulbs are burned out. They take a beating when shutting the hood all the time
