Why is 06 MCS fuse box different?

Been working on rebuilding a 06 MCS and have some electrical issues but noticed the 06 (and the parts car 06) have different fuse boxes than the Bentley Manual and my daughters 05 R52.

Why and were can I get 06 wiring diagrams?

You should try working on a 2002 MINI.....That first year they had two vendors for all sorts of parts with some 2003 parts thrown in just to make it intersting. Kinda like working on a hand built English car.....adds to the fun and uniqueness of it all....

We have 3 06s that have the same fuse box and an 04 and 05 with the one showing in the Bentley.

Making tough to troubleshoot this CAN buss issue.
