Junkyard

I found an 06 6spd manual transmission in a junkyard (self service type of yard were you have to take the parts off yourself) a couple hours away on line. I’m going to head over there on my days off. The engine is already gone, so there really isn’t much work, if any, involved in pulling it. I’m guessing there really isn’t any tale tale signs if it’s a good tranny or not until I break it open other than any casing damage noticeable. Pretty much a gamble I’m willing to take for only a couple hundred bills.

you could try getting the vin and running a vin check and hopefully try and gather as much info as you can.
