Crank pulley bolt

Suggestions on getting it free? Have a supposedly 350 ft lb electric impact driver that is not getting it done, concern is snapping it with the beefier impact driver (air & 650 ft lbs) which I have...

As far as I know, the crank pulley has never been off.

Got it... charged up 18V 6Ahr battery, removed the extension that I was using and it came out with ease...

Get a new bolt. Don’t reuse that one.
