Center cluster question

I noticed a few days ago when I start the car I had a -200 for a second before it switched to odometer. Every time I drive it the numbers are going up so right now it’s showing-425. I’m sure it’s a maintenance thing but what and how to reset it?

it definitely is a maintenance thing, usually next to or under the -425 (in your case) it says "inspection" or "oil change" that's how you know which one should be done. Also the numbers are miles/kilometers.
If you want to reset them:
1) Press and hold the Trip Button
2) Insert key and turn to position 1
3) Watch for RESET to appear
4) Release the Trip Button, then press & hold it again
5) Wait for the RESET to flash
6) Release the Trip Button, and then press & release (once only)
7) Service interval should then be reset to next interval
