Chirping when cold

When I first start my 2005 Mini Cooper S with 43,000 miles now in the morning it makes a chirp.......chirp.......chirp..... noise, it seems to go away after about 5 minutes of driving but it's still annoying, I also noticed when I park after driving for about 20-30 minutes the fan kicks on and is fairly loud when I am walking away.
Just wanted some thoughts and feedback regarding these items!

Post a vid? Hard to convey a sound in text.

the fan thing sounds normal. Watch your temps. The high speed fan comes on at 112 C. Coolant temperature.

So hard to say with much certainty without a video or sound recording, but I had a chirpy sound that occurred at startup and went away after a few minutes of running. I originally thought it was my idler pulley, which was bad, but I also foudn that the pulley in the tensioner was bad.
