No power - 05 S Convertible

All right folks needing some help.

I have an 05 S Convertible. Had the front windshield replaced and as many before me have reported it leaked. It was wet on the dash but never wet in the wheel well or anywhere else that I could see. Now here is my problem. After a very very heavy rain here in Texas I have no power to the convertible top, no interior dash lights, no interior blinkers (they are working on exterior of car), no air conditioner (fan does work).

Where do I start? Appreciate any and all suggestions.

Footwells on both driver and passenger side are completely dry and show no previous water damage? Have checked out the BC1 which is on the passenger side footwell wall (by hood latch) and also see no corrosion or any sort of water damage there.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I appreciate any suggestions at this point. Checked the obvious fuses in the driver footwell and switched around the ones under the hood and saw no change.
