R50 vs. R53 ECU coding

I am getting to learn the coding on my car. As I mentioned before, I has R50 chassis with R53 engine. Done many thing to it and would like to tackle the ECU where I believe the heart of the car.
Is there any different profile for fuel/air mixture between R50 and R53?
And if there is then: Can I change it by writing it to ECU? How to obtain one R53 profile?
You support is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
is not an easy task to reprogram your ECU from R50 to R53.Engine can't run with R50 sw, will start but can't run the car, is a huge difference between R50 and R53 sw.Have 3 options:
First one is to buy a full start kit from R53.(keyfob, EWS, ECU.
Second to replace just ECU with one with Immo off, the best solution.-I can help you with that
To download R50 software from your car and send to a tuner who can convert to R53.-I can help you with that.

Adriancl,
Thank you for your suggestion. I am doing the research for all of the option. I have limited time to work on this car. Just work on its slowly. So far I am able to put this car to street, and freeway.
