R53 Oil on plug

Hello I have an r53 with about 120k miles and it has given me a p0304 code. I swapped the plugs and wires but it did not clear the code. I took the 4th cylinder spark plug out to examine it after a roughly 10 mile drive and noticed burnt oil on the plug. Compared it to the other plugs and they were clean. What could this be?

Either valve guides are leaking or cylinder blow by.
