I have a noisy idler pulley I need to replace and could use a serpentine belt as well. I have a 15% charger pulley I remember using a slightly smaller belt but for the life of me I can’t find the package the belt came in and don’t have the extra car today to take the belt off and size it up.

Does anyone maybe have a part number..?

I use a Gates Belt Part # K060535 which is 1379 mm long on my '03 S. If you check detroittuned.com they show the sizes for all the pulley/belt combinations.

 

I actually did a ton of digging in the tool box and found a Dayco Cardboard sleeve 5060535 which crosses to your Napa number in the chart. I have a stock sized ATI Crank pulley and 15% SC pulley

I was worried it was a part number for one of my old VW builds. Lol...

 

Also looks on the top side of the belt on the car, if its not completely worn away you can see the part number, it will be Like PK 6 XXXX. Might have to turn the engine over a couple times to you see it.
