Replaced fluid and now the tranny sounds like this and shudders aggressively when engaging clutch like in reverse or first at a stop.

Have you checked that your slave cylinder isn't leaking?

I think it's all good. My clutch started slipping on the highway this morning and I had no power so I'm changing the clutch today.

Looks good, mine spewed fluid out of the accordion when I squeezed it.
