Window from when opening door?

Is there a way to adjust how much the window drops when you open the door? My Windows barely drop, I can push the glass down a 1/4” and when I shut the down it seals back up. On the window regulator there is a plastic adjustment screw on the cable but don’t know what that would do.

That's about how it should work - it's to stop the glass, which has no frame, from slamming against the rubber seal when you close the door.
There is a reset for it which might make a slight difference:
Close the door.
Press the window switch down & hold it for 5 seconds - then press the window switch up & hold it for 5 seconds.
See if it's any different. I think it's OK as it is.

Thanks I understand that but what I was saying the glass barely cracks when it’s opened like something is worn. It should drop a little more than what it does. Then when the door is open I can literally push on the glass downward about a 1/4” which is what I think it should drop.
