Hello everyone,

I recently got the chassis OBD2 code C0756 2 days after replacing my belt tensioner and adding oil to my engine. I never got a chassis code before and am having trouble finding a decent description for it. I cleared the code to see if it comes up again. It came back up again immediately after starting the car again. I drove it for a few days to see if a secondary code comes up and now I have the code C0342 which also doesn't have a very good description. If anyone can help give me a starting point, I would highly appreciate it.

 

C0756 is related to a transmission, C0342 to a misfire. Neither seems to be caused by your recent work on your MINI. See if this helps: https://obdii.pro/en/model/mini
