I was out and about with the wife and kids and came upon an accident this evening. It was a Chilired w/ White top and bonnet stripes. It looked like it skidded on wet pavement and went over the guard rail. It was totalled! The owner was sitting on the guard rail chatting on his cell phone. The police were already there. I couldn't stop but really wanted to. I sorta feel like I lost a friend and never even met the guy.
