Does anyone know if I can repair the broken tip on one of my headlight washers. The part that mounts to the washer door has broken off. It looks like it could be repaired

Darn. I had an extra passenger. Would have sold cheap. I broken the driver side a few weeks ago when I swapped headlights. Order a new one

Any tip on removing the pump from the little door. It seems to always break that little latch when I tried. Tried 3 at a junkyard

what’s broken? I think we all have an idea from your description, but post a picture just to make sure so we know exactly what we’re dealing with

I know what you are talking about. There is a couple ways.
First option is the first extend sprayer are then remove chrome cover. Next is to remove chrome ring from headlight. The you can remove sprayer without busting the tip off.
Second option is to extend sprayer an very carefully apply pressure to the clips on the tip.
Option one is the easiest way.

2nd option seems to alway break the clips.

1st option. so remove the window cover chrome piece from the black piece (which is attached to the pump)? then remove the big chrome, so that you can maneuver it around the black piece.?

when remove the big chrome ring, there's a huge change that you will at least break 1 of the 3 clips at the top. i tried removing 4 rings, always break 1 of 3 clips.

Just be careful on extension by hand with the lip up when unclipping that chrome clip.
