Should I just chuck my factory trailing arms (really good shape, not rust) and front/rear brake calipers after my upgrades or is there a market to sell them for a few bucks?

how is the new(used) R56 brake set up?

I went with Wilwood brake calipers and rotors. I haven't used them yet, but looking forward to it.
