R53 spacer..

Was wondering if any of you guys are running 17x7 +42offset wheels with spacers? The wheels are just slightly inward and aren't flush.. What kind of spacers would you recommend? How many mm's, what brand etc..

It all depends on fitment and how it looks. I would get the wheels and they mock one up, then get a spacer test kit.

My guess will be like ~5mm to be flush.

Awesome thanks! I didn't know that existed! I'm running stock suspension so i guess rubbing won't be an issue with the fender "flare"?

Welcome, nope, you would have to poke aggressively and then be lowered pretty aggressively. On the back over large bumps is where you will rub if you are poked/slam. Stock suspension you are fine, even sightly lowered on springs you are fine.
