Is this like when I was told years ago about...... the 3rd floor swimming pool in my junior hs, when there were only 2 floors in the bldg

Yeah, Clover pretty much sums things up nicely there. It would be premature to comment on a particular dollar figure for dues. That hasn't been set yet, because a lot of the member benefits are still being worked on. Once those start to firm up, then it will be easier to peg a dollar figure to the dues.
