Hey, like the title says it is missing. The mat is in great shape otherwise. Can I buy just the logo somewhere?

Either get lucky at a junkyard, or scan ebay as they have many variants available from numerous sellers.

Something like these are center cap decals maybe:

But 56mm is too small --- I think the floor mat logo is roughly around 74mm or thereabouts.

I have seen some of the sellers on ebay offer different sizes so look for some of those.
