My 2002 MCS Chili Red Thread

11/12/2018

Today begins my thread. Lots of stuff on the to-do list with not a whole lot of room for error or time, as I have two different schools and one job to go to everyday, I drive almost 50-75 miles daily. And let me tell you, it's rough on the old girl. For those of you who didn't see my thread in 1st gear, here's a quick rundown of my car.

2002 MCS Chili Red with White top
I replaced the motor about 11 months and 7500 miles ago.
It used to be an autocross/winter beater

As it sits, it has an oil leak and some subtle rattling from the transmission (however, I recently found out the rattling was from my Stage 2 clutch, and that everything is okay)
I've found what the oil leak is as of recent, and I replaced the Oil filter housing gasket along with the oil cooler/heat exchanger gaskets on the backside of the filter housing.
It quit for about three days and now it's back to soiling my driveway. Annoyingly, I had this issue previously because that was the reason my engine lost oil pressure and spun the rod bearing on Cylinder 1.
However, that was due to the oil filter housing itself blowing to smithereens and dumping my precious 5W-30 all over the highway, along with some of my rod bearing.
Nevertheless, I need your guys' help to figure out where in god's name my leaking all of this oil from. I'll attach some pictures when I can get to it, but the passenger side Lwr. Control arm is oily, as well as the bottom of the filter/cooler housing itself, and the coolant lines running to it. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Jake.

Oil pan gasket, crank position sensor o-ring, front crank seal, front chain cover gasket, valve cover gasket, cam tensioner copper seal, tensioner rail cap o-rings, cam position sensor o-ring. It's got to be one of those. I would have guessed the oil filter housing gaskets, but you got that. I've got an '02 chili red with white roof too. Black checkers though. 230K miles. Burns a lot of oil too, and used to leak. I have recently replaced all the gaskets I mentioned.
