Are there scans of the old online ordering configs posted somewhere (for the USA market)? I've seen plenty of old material available on ebay, but I don't know what to buy- a lot of it is press release type stuff, & I'm not sure if there were physical ordering forms at the time. I'd be happy to buy a brochure if someone knows what they're called

I've seen some info about the <2004, which helped clarify some of the options (like if you're looking for Xenon headlights you'd also be getting DSC/Stripes/fog lights in the sport package), but haven't found the 2005/2006 version yet.
