2006 Mini Cooper X15 Connector repair

Hi guys I have a 2006 Mini Cooper hatch which was water damaged and the X15 connector was heavily corroded as the pins started to fall off. I bought another connector from junk yard which also came from a 2006 Cooper but I am facing some issues. First issue is that a lot of wires have the same colour. For example as seen in the first picture both wires are the same so how do I know which one to connect with what? Secondly the new connector has this big black wire that contains 3 other wires (black/yellow, black and transparent wires) and my Mini does not have that big black wire at all as well as that transparent wire. Can someone help me out with this issue please? I have attached some pictures so you guys know what I am talking about. Thanks
