changed radiator now no charge or PS

Ive seen the other threads so I checked the fuse for alternator and it was good . The fuse for the PS was blown(5amp) so I replaced it and still no charge or PS .

Checked the fuses again and both are good .Doesnt make sense to me . ???

I load tested the battery and its good and all connections appear tight .
I stared the car to fill with coolant and I did notice a plastic burning smell for a second by the belt area and a small puff of smoke which I attributed to something spilled on the engine

I had a cardboard box under the car and now I wondering if it stopped the PS fan from turning .
Cant imagine the alt all of a sudden went bad but ??Not sure if its the alt or the PS thats the issue so any help is appreciated

Take a volt meter and put it on the battery while its running, if you don't see 13 volts or more it sounds like your alternator took a dive.
