Converting r50 to run E85 or flex fuel
Hi guys,
I'm new to this forum, this being my first post, so please bear with me as I am unsure if this is the correct placement for my questions.
I have a 2003 r50 Cooper and would like to convert it to E85, has anyone on here done this with success? If yes, what tune would you recommend? I've been looking into the Magnum Smart Tune for E85: http://www.magnumtuning.com/en/detai...er/mini/cooper
Also, what parts should be replaced to be able to run this alternative fuel reliably and safely? (I've heard as little as only new injectors, and as much as an entirely replaced fuel system....)
If anyone has any knowledge about this, input would be greatly appreciated! ( :

I haven’t done a lot of research on the subject, but I do know that RMW does an E85 kit and it replaces the entire fuel system. It’s expensive. I don’t know how much of the fuel system is really necessary to replace. I have a friend who has a ‘13 FR-S and all he did was a tune. He’s been running E85 or a blend for 60,000 miles with a completely stock fuel system and it seems to run great.

Hi sevin, thanks so much for the reply!!
Is this the correct website for RMW ? https://revolution-motor-works.myshopify.com
I was looking around on there and didn't see any specific tune to run E85, would the 'custom tune' be what I'm looking for ?
