Not necessarily changing, but definitely visually inspect suspension bushings and ball joints, inspect coolant reservoir for leaks, OFHG for leaks, VCG for leaks. Might be beneficial to do the motor mounts.
Doesn't the supercharger typically need some maintenance around then?

Agreed, definitely want to check the motor mounts and maybe look into start replacing the "lifetime fluids" like transmission and brake fluid.
What is the history of the car? Are you the first owner? If not first owner, when did you purchase? What type of normal maintenance was performed by you or a previous owner?
2006 R53 .. coming up on 100k miles. Anything specific I should be servicing / changing? I've had the car for a year - all fluids have been changed and I have begun 'normal' maintenance - ie: oil changes, etc.
My shocks, ball joints, tie rod ends, and LCA bushings were all shot at 80,000 miles. Definitely inspect all of those and any other suspension components you can think of.
I've got a little over 150,000 on my car now....still chugging along just fine
