Do a leak down test and verify where the leak is from, but it looks like you're pulling the head at the least.

Did it blow the spark plug out or did you remove it on purpose? And I'm assuming that is coolant and not fuel... Peering into crystal ball ... I see head work in your future ...

 

that's either coolant or water.... and there not really a way to get water in there unless someone is sabotaging you..... id say youll need a gasket and hopefully not any head work..... depending on how hot the head got to make warpage, may need to be decked.
