Looking for another look for aftermarket headlights

I discovered last night that the adjusters in my new (to me) R50's halogen headlights are broken, so the headlights can't be made to point anywhere but at the ground about 10 feet in front of the car. I started looking for aftermarket headlights, and found lots of offerings for projector headlights with halos, which is probably what I'll get.

But... having owned British cars for decades, the projector headlight aesthetic isn't really very British. With the chrome trim ring and glass-like cover, I'm reminded of a Jaguar E-type's original headlight covers with a 7 in. sealed beam behind it, which gets me wishing that I could find some headlight on the aftermarket that mimics the look of an E-type with Lucas PL 700 tripod headlights.

Has anyone seen something like for sale? If so, please let me know where you saw it so I can chase them down.

Thanks,
Scott

Closest is gen 1 halogens 7.2004+ or pre 7/2004 halogens in Depo version

https://www.ecstuning.com/Mini-2005-...ng/Headlights/

7/2004+ halogens.

Or the depo blackouts : 7.2004+

pre 7/2004 halogens in Depo version

Yeah, I suppose those post-7.2004 units do have that look, don't they.... Thanks for the idea. I'll look into those.

Welcome,

Glad I could help. " pre 7/2004 halogens in Depo version " that's probably the closet you will get. I think. Let me know if you need anything else.
