That might not be that good of an idea. If you're looking to get more performance out of the car, there are a number of tried and true methods. Even if you're planning to run race gas, your performance gains will not be what they could be with other tuning tricks.
are you keeping the S/C? otherwise I would strongly not consider high comp pistons. if you remove the S/C then yea sure. unless you are willing to run w/m all the time
yeah im not sure if he actually makes them or not, but he would be a good source. since you are not running with the S/C and have 93 octane available to you, you should be able to run 12.5:1 easily. although the pistons may have to be cutback for the valves as well

I would think that in order to make as much as a supercharged R53, if you went N/A....you are going to have a motor that isn't nearly as streetable (race fuel, huge cam, no low end power)......why wouldn't you keep the SC?
