ahhh guys. alright, maybe i'm going nuts here. i'm waiting for my 05 mcs to arrive in CT, and it's been in production for about 3 days, and it says it will finish by the twenty first. some of you may have had to wait longer, and this is the first new car i've bought, so, i'm just going a little nuts waiting for it to arrive. i already bought a shorty antennae, a rectangular euro plate with my license numbers to make it look authentic, bought two shirts and a couple pens, and i'm dyingggg for this car to come!!! ahhh i'm mini crazy!!!! i'm still driving my celica and while it's a good car, the waiting is driving me absolutely bonkers....not to mention i'll have to do the whole break in period thingy....hmm....well maybe some of you can share your stories of waiting periods....i've watched all the videos on just about all of the mini sites....read everything on miniusa, check this forum multiple times a day, read mini2 ....oh man .... i think i need help~!

 

How about joining one of the "Can't wait" threads. We have one going right now for Sept/Oct deliveries. Consider us a little support group to help you through the waiting

I called the 800# and got an estimated ETA. Then the dealer called to say it will be in port of NY 8/19, this Thursday. Could be driving it by next week early. Good luck, keep the faith and thanks for the help.

 

Waiting for your MINI is awful. The most encouraging words I can give you are as follow: It will be well worth it...beyond your wildest imagination. In the meantime, I feel your pain.
