I have an 06 R53 (MCS) and I want to check if the previous owner has lowered it any or not. I've looked over the web's but I can't seem to find a definitive answer. I'm running R84 v-spoke wheels and 195/55r16 tires, not sure if that makes a difference or not.

 

what color are the springs? if black, they are most likely stock and your at stock ride height =)
