MINI or Cobra??

For a pure fun car only driven on the weekends or track - Cobra all the way.

For a fun car you can drive to work, no matter the weather - MINI all the way.

Both have their place, I wish my garage had a Cobra to go along with my MINI.:smile:
I do have a 69 Camaro I am working on but really don't know how much I would really drive it when it done. Certainly not to work, I drive 25+ miles each way and at approx. 10 mpg and stop & go traffic in the summer heat it would not be fun. (no AC)

I sstarted modding my MINI after getting a ride in one that was lowered, sway bar and 15%. I was hooked instantly. It's now faster, handles better, time for better brakes! LOL

 

Mike....if you question of why make it faster was...is it worth it...LOL then that's totaly different...

you did say you thought the mini was quick enough....well if you do the pulley...I bet you will like it that much more...it's not that is SO much faster it's just a nice added bonus...in a car that is great for everyday, or sport....just plain fun...I think you will like it with the pulley...especially since you obviously appreciate power

My daily driver is a 1998 Beetle Tdi (93k). I think the Beetle and Mini go good together. Like the best of both Worlds.

:smile: The MINI ( Mini) cooper got started because John Cooper wanted to make it go faster.
