So I went all the way and moved my battery a little higher in my trunk so I can run a true straight pipe and possibly do an r56 diffuser. Currently I have a millet header running to a straight back pipe to a Borla resonator that I got off of my friend's Borla cutback from his R50. It sounds great but there is some serious drone on the highway if I'm under any type of boost. Has anyone else here done this mod and what do you guys recommend for exhausts that sound great/are loud but without all the drone problems.

 

The only way to remove the drone is to put a proper muffler on. The straight-through resonators will reduce high-pitched buzz, but the drone will still be there.
