I have noticed on other cars there is supposed to be a panel underneath the toggle switches. I do not have that and I can see the carpet when I look behind the cup holders. What is the name of this panel?

Year and model are always helpful when asking this type of question. Besides differences from year to year, previous owners are notorious for you-a-fying their cars so changes may have been made previously. Also, pictures are good to have.

 

I think that piece replaces the stock one or goes over it. I am looking for the stock panel.
