How do I clean my intake manifold?

I took my Mini to the track and it started acting very strange. It was like it cut fuel when under heavy load and high rpm. After some logging and a lot of reading I fixed the issue by replacing the TMAP sensor on the intake manifold.

However when I removed the old TMAP sensor, it was covered in sludge. It was all wet black and gooey. This was concerning because even tbough the engine has 92k on it the intake was replaced 10k miles ago. Before securing the new sensor I stuck a zip tie into the TMAP location (on the front of the intake manifold) and wiggled it around. The tie came out with sludge on it. But the intercooler and SC output horn are super clean. The post IC horn has some oil on it but its very minor. The car is running fine and puts down good power but this has me wanting to clean the manifold and see if the sludge comes back somehow.

But apparently removing the intake manifold requires removing the SC which I would like to avoid. Would using seafoam in the PCV help? Im thibking shove some pipe cleaners down the post IC horn. Any other creative ideas?
