Heavy Rain Nightmare

2003 Mini Cooper S
Yesterday there was some heavy rain and today i open my sunroof and water comes in! It came in around the rear view mirror (see picture) and other sides but mostly around the mirror and even at one point through the what i believe is the microphone cover? Please help

Its the drain tubes are clogged or debris right at the connection from the sunroof to the drains and the water overflows and drip down the headliner. Dirt, pin needles, bark...etc can get in there over time.

Open up the sunroof and clean the front and rear tube drain. You might want to check under the headliner and make sure the tubes are attached afterwards, if you clean out the sunroof side and the tubes are disconnected it will drain water into your MINI and may cause electrical problems with the BCW in the lower kick panel.

it only came in once I opened the sunroof i will clean out the pipe and check everything the electrics seemed fine this morning
