Since I had my water pump off for replacing the drive gears and bears ect.. I decided to replace the original pump.Only 40000 miles but since it was off I replaced it.
I order a pump from parts geek. In the ad pic it shows a pump and an o-ring laying next to pump.One would assume it was included with pump since it should be replaced when changing pump.I received the pump and went to install it and there is no o-ring! I email them and they say it isn't included! WTF..it's in the picture! They don't say that it's included but don't say one is need to be purchased.Say they will ship me one.They send me an invoice for the oring and 9 dollars shipping! Really?? For an o-ring. They lost all my future business.
Just wanted to spare someone some frustration and lost time. Jim

 

What brand was it, just wondering , all three we currently carry come with it ? Some come pre-installed and some come separate in a little bag.

My Gates pump came with an o-ring. If you were close I'd give you one, but I think there's only three MINI's in Nodak
