Is that 40" built on the roof rack? Do you have any detailed pics of the mount?

 

That is the most delightful case of lighting overkill I think I've ever seen!

 

These are the brackets thats i made to mount the LED light bar. I made them out of aluminum then had them powder coated black. I had to shave a bit of the black plastic that goes over the A pillar where they come through. They bolt on the A pillar under the plastic.

 

Very cool. Do you have close up pics of them bolted on? I have a pair of Rigid Duallys in hyperspot, but have been thinking of putting a bigger bar on for a bit of wash for corners.

EDIT: And what does it do for mileage? I commute ~140 miles each way for work.

Not on my R53, but I have a 20" Rigid SR on my R60.

I totally recommend you to use LEDs.

 

That looks awesome. Been wanting to put a light bar on my R58. I've never seen one on an R58 yet. Maybe there's a reason why. lol

I also just picked up a R58 and was thinking on mods for it but don't think i'll be putting a LED light bar on that but hey you never know maybe tomorrow ill change my mind...

Very nice! I think that bull bar has been discontinued by Aries, so it's going to become an even rarer look with time.

I don't blind anyone. If someone is heading towards me my bar is shut off. When I've got open road ahead of me though I use mine to help detect deer and coyotes.

 

I live rural, my rally lights are for survival, both mine and the critters.
