I have read through numerous threads about supercharger pulley sizes and have decided that I want to go with the JCW pulley size. The problem is that I can't find one anywhere. Is there anyone out there who knows where I could find one? Thanks.

 

to do believe kavs has that size

 

if your going to change it, why go with any of the stock ones?
15% is has proven to be fine with all R53s over time...

I'm not looking for huge power gains and would rather have more efficiency and less supercharger wear. My supercharger has over 100k on it

 

the charger part has never been the issue, its the PTO gears running the water pump, and it has been noted that the 15% has no effect on longevity on the PTO gears, when they are ready to go, they go,

but kavs has that size, im preety sure they even have the over drive pulleys like +5%

but you asked for a JCW size and got it, i am on the boat of just throw the 15% on and call it good, easier to get, and cheaper since kavs i do believe is over seas
