I've come across this fuse in my engine compartment, in the middle of the rain drain area behind the motor. I'm not sure what it's for, but I've checked it out twice in the past 2 months and the 5amp fuse was blown both times.
Anyone have an idea?

Also: My recirculate button on my climate control is always on, and my rear defroster does not turn on. Pushing the buttons does nothing. Pushing recirculate in an attempt to turn it off, just turns the AC/Fans on.

I seem to recall one of those being for the fan under the p/s pump. Don't quote me on that though - not 100% sure.
