Weirdness in TIS about crank bolts torque vs. torque-angle

Anyone else noticed that the TIS document on installing the crank bolts for the W11 engine shows a torque angle gage as a required tool, but then just provides a simple torque specification, not a torque-angle spec?

Is there a torque-angle spec out there somewhere?
