R50/53 CVT class action lawsuit

CVT class action lawsuit
So I have an 05 Cooper CVT, which I had replaced at a cost of 9K back in 2010.
Now years latter BMW is settling a class action lawsuit Aarons v BMW.
Paperwork was filed on time and the Judge was to review it by the end of April. Now many months later no word one way or the other on what is going on, and trying to track down who knows what is near impossible.
The big question is:Does anyone know or have first hand knowledge of where all this is? m

Yes I know that the cut off was months ago, hence the reason for asking if anyone knows of any development in the case.
