Would anyone have a spare junk Gen1 steering rack to donate?
'silence' over at r3vlimited e30 forum needs one to fabricate for us what he has done for the e30s. A PS DELETE KIT. It's expected at post-delete that w/ lesser fluid & a shorter loop, the steering shouldn't be as hard as w/ a dead pump. E30 & Miata guys have long been going for manual steering. Any donor based in Ft. Lauderdale? 'silence' is based there. He just needs to borrow a spare or junk rack to design, fab & do final fitting of the delete kit. Hoping for a volunteer. Thanks.

 

wow thats a basic replacement, and to think, i dont actually need power steering....

 

ill see if i can find one at a local junkyard and bring it to him if i do
